On Reading Dreams

I was flying. As I ascended to the measureless blue sky, the mountains that used to be massive cones turned to be small bellybuttons. Suddenly, a dragon tailed my back. Its wings wide as the London Bridge, its muddy-green color resembled that hardwood floor in New Jersey, its mouth drooling with gasoline.

I brought out a shining sword made of Spanish steel owned by a fearless knight. The dragon blew liquid flame as hot as hell. My sword cut the fire into two like a chainsaw would cut finish wood floors. As I was about to stab the dragon onto the eye, he shook his head. I fell from the ocean sky. It seems I lost my ability to fly.

I was falling so fast. I could see everything that’s below were becoming bigger and bigger as my vision narrows. Then I could see a house without a roof. I knew I was about to hit the hardwood installation New York made flooring in that house. And I can see it coming closer. I was coming closer and closer to the ground, then suddenly, boom! I woke up on the floor made by a hardwood flooring Pennsylvania Company.

I wanted to know what my dream was. I asked a female friend to give me answers. She said she only knows how to read the tarot on a flat surface like a hardwood flooring New Jersey people made perhaps. So I went to a friend whose Major in college was creep-me-the-heck-out-of-me. He said he knows a friend who reads dream.

I met Janice. She’s a dream interpreter. I told her my dream turned nightmare and she interpreted it. According to her, when I was flying harmoniously, it meant I was in control of my life despite stress and problems brought about by pressuring circumstances that life has to offer. On the other hand, I tend to fear challenges when I counter them according to her in reference to my fear of flying up back after I fell from the dragon’s head. I’m the person who manages problematic situations but panics when extra stress adds to the current state according to Janice. She also said I love the idea of progress and results yet I become afraid whenever problems arise. She also mentioned that the dragon represented a huge obstacle or an enemy whom I need to confront within the premise of a certain project or undertaking.

Two days after meeting Janice, someone from the company I used to work in owned the credits which were supposed to be mine. Luckily, the company’s data base recorded transactions of employees with their clients. So truth prevailed, my ex co-worker got fired, and the dragon was slain.
