A pizza in Atlanta, Georgia or a New York Style Pizza would do well while watching horror films. Nothing beats the thought of watching something that scares the calmness out of you. Next thing you know, the dark places frightens you without logical reasons justifying it. Horror films gets into us, unless you’re the killer joy guy.

The Horror genre caters to an audience looking for some twisted and bloodcurdling experience inside movie theaters or in their living rooms with the lights switched off. This probably the best time to get a cold soda and the best pizza in Atlanta, GA. Ordering a creamy pasta in Atlanta, GA probably might not be the best idea especially when the movie you about to enjoy may make your plates flying out of fright.

Horror films are intended to scare and terrify, but at the same time, entertain us. Horror films usually present a heavy atmosphere focusing on the worst of human’s fear. Horror films illustrate the power of the devil, revenge of the dead, zombies on the loose, and unexplainable supernatural phenomena.

Ghost and monsters were the first to scare us about a century ago when films started the Horror genre. The aim of these founding films does not go away from today’s horror film’s objective – to scare and disturb the audience’s cognition while enjoying pizza in Atlanta, GA. Filmmakers used castles and foggy areas to add to the terrifying feel of the films. Nosferatu, Casablanca, Phantom of the Opera, Frankenstein, and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde are the few good movies on the list.

Horror genre always points out the need for survival over death whether against mummies, zombies, vampires and werewolves, or returning Asian woman with long hair covering her face in a video.

Contemporary horror films offer audiences experiences with the demon and supernatural beings with fatalistic intentions. Behind these gory frames, the genre explores man’s basic instinct for survival, history’s role in the advent of supernatural beings. Some horror films trace the reason why ghosts avenge by scaring and killing the living people.

The genre presents man’s lust for worldly things that it becomes the source for related violence after some time. Although not always seen as Grammy-deserving films, films give more emphasis on the impact of man’s injustice and greed that result to pain and suffering of some people. The victims come back and revenge will be sweet.

The horror genre is one of the best, we have to admit. Without it, exploration of our tendencies to create pain and reap what we sow in the past will not be shown in a manner closer to reality.
